Kung Fu

The term 'Kung Fu' defines all chinese martial arts. Throughout thousands of years, China has developed the greatest and most complete martial culture in the world. This is why, today, more than 300 different styles of Kung Fu exist. Every style represents a specific martial and combat system which relies on its own characteristic techniques, fighting principles, phylosophy, and movements.

Our school offers the possibilty to learn five different styles thanks to a programme lasting at least one decade. Our styles are Hung Gar, Wing Chun, Tang Lang ChuanTai Chi Chuan, and Pa Kua Chang. Each of them enriches the physical and cultural skills of the practitioner in unexpected ways.

Our programme is based on the learning of barehanded and armed forms. It simultaneously focuses on the technical and physical training aimed at rendering the forms' techniques effective and useful (with the use of pads, bags, body conditioning, and sparring sessions). Attention is also dedicated to internal practices, both of buddhist and taoist origin, such as medidation, Chi Kung, breathing exercises. The course also offers classes on the history and phyolosophy of traditional chinese martial arts to better comprehend the eastern cultural systems and the very same martial art practiced.
